BENSON, William B. - Putnam

William B. Benson, who was for more than a year a compositor in this office, died recently at the residence of his sister, Mrs. DH Wright in Terre Haute. Mr. Benson was a clever gentleman, whom we much respected, and it is with sorrow that we record his early death.  His disease was consumption.   ---Transcribed by kbz
